Note: The smallest garment in the order will also impact max imprint size. The below sizes are max print sizes based on our equipment.

Front/Back (Standard): 15”w / 16”t
Front/Back (Jumbo): 16.5”w / 21.5”t

Typically 10”t if small hoodies are included in the order due to available print space between the collar and the top hem of the front pocket.

Screen Printing Methods

Spot

Individual layers of spot PMS (Pantone Matching System) colors that stand alone and do not interact with other colors. This is common for “simpler” prints like logos, text, or other low detail prints.

Simulated Spot Process

A blend of solid and halftone dots which interact with the other inks in the design or the garment itself to create varying tones, textures, etc. This method, like Spot, uses specific PMS inks, chosen to best represent the original art. Used for higher detail prints and typically require a higher color count.

CMYK (4 Color Process)

Similar to Simulated Spot Process, a blend of halftone dots to create varying, tones, textures, etc. However, instead of spot PMS inks, this method uses Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black process inks that blend together to make whatever colors are featured in the art. Used for higher detail prints and only requires 4 colors (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black).

Art File Requirements

The absolute best file type for printing is Vector.

These files have no size requirements, meaning we can make them as small or large as we need with no loss of quality or clarity.

When it comes to high detail art that includes photos and things of that nature, vector is not always possible.

In that case, the art needs to be created and saved at the full desired print size, at 300dpi.

Vector PDF (.pdf)
Adobe Photoshop (.psd) at full print size & 300dpi
Layered EPS (.eps)
High Resolution Images at full print size & 300dpi (.jpg, .png, .gif, .bmp, .tif, etc.)

Note: Opening a file, resizing it and updating to 300dpi does not make it print ready. It must be originally created and saved out that way.
